Different countries. Different perspectives. One common thread: people.
Born in Albania, raised in Austria, shaped by nearly a decade in Australia and now based in the UAE. Living across cultures has shaped my curiosity, adaptability and appreciation for different perspectives.
I love a good challenge, especially when things are complex, ambiguous or seemingly stuck. But I don't believe making things better means making them more complicated.
I'm energised by people: understanding what makes them tick, connecting different perspectives, bringing clarity to uncertainty and helping teams find their way forward.
I believe in leading through trust, empathy and influence rather than hierarchy. And whether I’m working with executives, building teams or navigating transformation, my approach is much the same: Listen. Connect. Challenge when needed. Make things happen.

Building an AI innovation function from the ground up.
Established the Innovation Hub’s VP&E function, defining and building its team, operating model and governance. Strengthened the AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships. Built the Hub's engagement and events strategy from the ground up — launching flagship programs including: Young Talent AI Circle, AI Agentathon, AI Leaders Roundtable, AI Practitioner Series and Speak Easy — and led the launch of FAB's AI Innovation Hub public web presence. Contributed to FAB's #3 regional ranking in the Evident AI MEA Index 2026.
